Contact the Council

Tell us what you want
to validate.

The Council welcomes inquiries and contributions from organizations and individuals working on verifiable AI adoption. Formal membership terms are still under development. Start with one clear track: specification review, field validation, joint research, or technical contribution.

Participation Tracks

Make the first contact
specific and useful.

Track 01
Specification review

Review HAAP Draft v0.1, message semantics, state separation, terminology, or profile design.

Track 02
Field validation

Discuss a domain where AI-assisted decisions require evidence-based adoption, pre-execution verification, and explicit transition authorization.

Track 03
Joint research

Explore research on formal verification, governance implementation, responsible AI operations, or assurance records.

Track 04
Technical contribution

Contribute implementation feedback, tests, schema design, reference code, interoperability review, or documentation.

Track 05
Future membership and working groups

Ask about the membership terms, governance structure, contribution policy, and working groups currently under development.

Track 06
General inquiry

Use this only if your question does not fit the above. Specific use cases receive clearer next steps.

What to Include

Four items are enough
for an initial contact.

01Your organization or role

Company, university, public organization, engineer, researcher, or other role.

02Inquiry track

Specification review, field validation, joint research, technical contribution, membership, or general inquiry.

03Domain and decision type

For example: logistics handoff, manufacturing inspection, agent delegation, safety-critical approval, or public-sector operation.

04Evidence problem

What must be verified before adoption, and what record must remain reviewable after?

Who Should Contact

Any sector where
AI decisions carry responsibility.

The Council is not limited to logistics. The first PoC is logistics because it provides a concrete implementation path, not because the protocol is sector-specific.

  • Companies in high-accountability operations.
  • AI system providers and technology developers.
  • Research institutions and universities.
  • Public-sector organizations and policy teams.
  • Individual engineers and formal methods researchers.
  • Organizations exploring AI agent governance.
